The Remote Support service provided by ComputorTutor Trading is an online remote service only and does not involve visits to the customers premises. ComputorTutor reserves the right to refuse this service to any customer who is abusive, unreasonable or who appears to be breaking the law.
It must be understood by the customer that it is not always possible to remain connected long enough to complete all work. We operate a highly reliable Internet connection. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their Internet connection is both reliable and secure before inviting us to connect with them.
In the unlikely event that our specialist makes a serious mistake we will refund our fee in full and try to fix any resulting problems to the best of our ability. ComputorTutor and its staff will operate to the highest professional standards at all times. ComputorTutor and its staff will at all times safeguard customer privacy and security. ComputorTutor and its staff will never use any personal or organisational data for any means other than to complete remote support work pertaining to the ComputortTutor Remote Support Service and to process customer payments. ComputorTutor and its staff will never pass on any customer information to any third party organisations or individuals without first obtaining the express permission of the customer.
ComputorTutor does not guarantee to fix every problem on a PC as no PC is ever perfect.
