Option 5 which takes 4 hours. The majority of people benefit most from Option 4. Most of the work
we do is planned in advance so we waste no time deciding what to do. We follow careful procedures &
we always ensure that your PC system state is backed up before we start work.

Option 1 Basic Checkup 30 minutes Free
A Specialist will analyse your PC. You can ask questions using your keyboard. We offer tips & advice.
We will clean up what we can while connected. This option is perfect if you want a quick demo before
choosing to purchase another option.

Option 2 Full Checkup 1 hour £15
A Specialist will analyse your PC. You can ask questions using your keyboard. We will offer tips &
advice. Includes basic Windows housekeeping tasks & system assessment.
You'll likely see PC performance improvements & receive valuable tips & advice.

Option 3 Full Cleanup 2 hours £30
Includes everything in Option 2 PLUS.... full disk cleanup, disk defragmentation, virus & malware scan
& removal, removal of unwanted programs & icons if time allows. How far we get depends on your PC.
Your PC will be faster & display fewer irritating popup messages. The best option for a low budget,
but not recommended for a badly infected or low performance PC.

Option 4 Advanced Cleanup 3 hours £65
Includes everything in Option 3 PLUS..... full virus, spyware & malware scan & clean up.
Registry cleaning. Use of advanced software that we install for you. Extra work is done if time allows.
You'll see a big improvement in PC speed and operation. Startup & Shutdown will be much faster.
Your PC in general will be faster & easier to use, more secure & more stable. Worth every penny!

Option 5 Top Service 4 hours £85
Includes everything in Option 4 PLUS..... more time to remove unwanted "nasties" from your system.
This option is recommended if you suspect that you have many small problems with your PC, or it is older
than 3 years & has never been serviced, or it is infected with one or more serious viruses or other threats.
We also run through the Windows 'Remove Programs' utility with you to help decide what can be
removed. Removing unwanted programs is a good way to bring new energy to your PC.
Most users are wary of this as it is dangerous if not done properly.

This option is useful if you have an unusual problem you want us to investigate.
