What do I do while the specialist is
working? For a typical 3 hour session, the
Specialist will usually only need your assistance for less
than
one hour in total. So you can make lunch or read a book. Check
the screen now and then.
The Specialist will leave messages onscreen to inform you of
progress. They need your
agreement before removing certain things & may need help to
restart the PC and reconnect.
How much you need to be involved depends on how badly broken or
infected your
computer is. This also depends on the speed and stability of your
Internet connection.
Invite us to connect to your
computer
Your final click is an INVITE button. You invite a PC Specialist
to access your PC, to take
control of the screen, mouse and keyboard. They see everything on
your screen - on their
screen. It usually only takes a few seconds for a
Specialist to respond & take control.
Watch the screen & chat in text with theSpecialist. We carry
out a 5-10 minute check &
then agree with you on how to proceed.
How do I end the connection?
You can disconnect us with ease - you'll see instructions on
screen to use the F12 function
key to disconnect. We are not able to access your PC
again unless you invite us to.
How do I pay?
The Specialist will ask for payment in advance of work.
Payment is made securely online
with credit card, debit card or PayPal.
What happens next? When finished,
the Specialist will disconnect. The Instant Housecall

installed on your PC in case you need our help again. Next
